Huge Issues

Okay so past two weeks there has been tons of lag, glitches, bugs steadily getting worse last past few nights were extremely bad couldn't even do story line missions, whole fleet was talking about the same bugs we were all experiencing. Today it's worse then ever can't even enter a elite or a daily red alert, a regular stf..romulan, nothing. It all stays on loading missions and nothing happens. Romulan's might be launched in a few days and this server has so many bugs already as it is, with a incomplete klingon side. Is this going to be worked on, and fixed? Or should I just stop spending money here. An answer would be nice. Better then the answer I got when submitting a ticket about only getting 1 borg nano probe from elite's every single time for over three weeks now. 'This is caused by an unknown bug' and basically we cant' fix it, and don't contact again. Real nice..An answer would be nice here related to all these massive lag spikes lately and bugs. Is the lag caused by that transcontinental line that's down reducing internet on west coast? Or is this separate. Feedback from regular players would also be appreciated so I know it's just not my fleet.

    It's not just your fleet. It's a server armageddon! Oh, and stop spending money on this game!

    Haha yes, I didn't see this coming. Thought great, they are finally picking up the slack! Oh wait..why is nothing working? Oh god, it's a TRAP!
