Has anyone done extensive study to see if technicians actually work or not? I spent about 20 minutes with 1 technician, then 2, then 3 and a stop watch and just using my skills and not once were thier times reduced at all. it seems to me technicians dont reduce bridge officer abilities at all. If they did work and stacked you could potentially see a 30% reduction in time or 9 seconds.

    They work in conjunction with the auxiliary to battery skill. When you trigger the skill, CD times are reduced.

    I see when you go into thier dossier it shows the full skill. kinda sneaky if you ask me.

    indeed. also not all of them give you that power so you have to check which tech you have :)
