Vendors UI not Displaying

Whilst on my KDF toon, I noticed that the vendor just above the bat'leth arena on First City would not display his wares. I get the title bar (being the Buy, Sell, Buy Back...and the title of the window) then below that I see my EC count and a Buy and Cancel button on the far right of the window. Not items appear. I can provide a screenshot if needed (not sure how to do that on this forum). The same glitch seems to be occurring at Quark's (Hadron) as well.
I would suspect my own computer since everything else seems to be running fine, but I've tested these same NPCs with my FED toons as well, and they work perfectly fine.
Its not every vendor either, it seems to be the non essential ones, like the food/drink vendors or the basic equipment (for Boffs) vendors. Anyone else experienced this?
