Quick question about Andorians and traits

Hey there.
I've just started another toon; a federation tactical officer.

Andorians get "acute senses" by default and can get two unique traits. I've chosen "Fury" out of those, the other two traits of my choice being "Lucky" and "Accurate".

Does "Lucky" actually stack with later skill-based and item-based critical hit-chance? The description only talks about the exploit-chance that doesn't stack although the trait is also supposed to increase critical hit-chance. I'd really like to know that.

It should stack, though it?s only for ground afaik.

I recently made an Andorian tactical officer to fly the new ship and chose Elusive, Accurate and Warp Theorist I believe.
