Console - Universal - Multidimensional Wave-Function Analysis Module
its the vesta's graviton shield, the most useless one on the set for pvp
the repel should be constant, and not per pulse, like the tractor beam repulsors ( repulsors still do better on the repel duty ) things still hit you with this console on, and i never saw repulsors failling this way
and whats the point of reflecting kinetic damage, if the same thing gives you resistance to kinetic ?
my idea is to increase the reflection of it
and taking off the kinetic resistance it gives
putting this console effectiveness on pair of the other 2
this console doesnt worth the slot it takes to get the access to the shield bubble ...

I don't understand what you mean by "the repel should be constant", and why you think that TBR's repel is constantly applied. TBR also acts by a per-pulse mechanism -- just observe TBR on a target with high ID skill (for contrast), and you'll see the target stop moving in between each pulse of TBR.
In fact, this console is better than TBR at enforcing a "sphere of protection" because it doesn't have the 3 target maximum that TBR does. It'll still do worse at keeping high ID/high speed people away from you, just like TBR does. Of course weapon attacks will still hit you; are you saying that targetable torpedoes/mines still reach you?
and whats the point of reflecting kinetic damage, if the same thing gives you resistance to kinetic ?
If I recall correctly, this thing reflects kinetic damage in the same manner that FBP reflects energy damage -- the incoming damage BEFORE hull resists are applied is what's used to calculate the reflected damage. The added kinetic resist doesn't hinder the reflection ability in this case.

Hold on. You're asking for a buff to a 1) pay-to-win console, that's 2) restricted to (high-tier) pay-to-win ships? On top of a console that's already quite effective at its job in pvp? I think you need to step back and think about it for a moment here...
The most annoying console there is to any escort with torps... or worse torp brels.
Sorry this is one of the stronger consoles. If your argument is that it should work no matter what your enemy has... to bad... It might require your enemy to be using kinetic on you, so what its extremely strong when your opponent is using kinetic.
If you don't like it unslot it and enjoy your still op ship and other 2 silly consoles. lol
Not that the ship or the consoles are I win from what I've seen just find it amusing the amount of threads on here that increase daily of the Feds asking for buffs to their never ending list of shipS(hint of jealousy from a kdf warrior running on fumes in terms of content)
----=====This is my opinion you don't have to listen and no one else has to read them these "OPINIONS" are based on my exploits and my learning other people will have their opinions and that's fine just don't knock my way of doing things thanks=====----
obviously you have not compared the console with tbr, with constant i mean constantly repelling, it fails because its too slow, 50% of the high yelds and mines still hit me, repulsors dont fail that much, and dont tell me how fbp works, the hull resistances affect the reflection, so there is no point on having a reflection and a resistance, and dont quote again my statements, ive allready tested repulsors with the console, as well as the reflection/resistance rate, the resistance is too high, its bigger than 50%, im not asking to ask for a boost, im just asking whats the point of having a resistance and a reflection, and whats the effect it haves on pvp, yeah its cool to have a reflection and a resistance, because that will work on 2 different ocasions, defending, and reflecting, but one thing will nullify the other, so i dont see the benefit on real pvp's, anyway, the console is still useless against someone without torpedoes
i wont learn to live without the crappy console, it makes part of the console set i bought, its not a console you buy on exchange, klingon.

tbr doesnt give you full immunity to any movement debuffs.
this console is fine the way it is.
it combined with the aoe heal makes a good backbone set for any healer.
or it combined with the phase lance makes a good -push them over there and phase them!- combo.
it by itself makes it a good "hazzard is on cooldown and im stuck in the warp poo still! better get out" power.

From when I've seen it used, the repel pulse rate seems similar to TBR. However, this console's repel effect doesn't do damage like TBR does; the damage what is usually kills high yields and mines before they hit you. It's still a better repel effect than TBR because it doesn't seem to have a maximum number of targets limit, and it's very effective against players/spam/assorted junk.

If you've already tested the resist values and the effect that resist has on damage reflection, then the actual numbers would be very helpful. If you would care to post them here, that would help enlighten us as to the actual effect of the console.
my idea is to increase the reflection of it
...
putting this console effectiveness on pair of the other 2
Not only were you actually asking for an increase in the reflection capability, but you implied that this would increase the effectiveness of the console -- if that's not considered a boost, I don't know what is.
im just asking whats the point of having a resistance and a reflection, and whats the effect it haves on pvp, yeah its cool to have a reflection and a resistance, because that will work on 2 different ocasions, defending, and reflecting, but one thing will nullify the other, so i dont see the benefit on real pvp's
You haven't yet established that resistances impact reflection values; however, even if they did, the resists and the reflections wouldn't "nullify" each other. The resist helps you against kinetic damage, and the reflection makes your attackers feel some of the damage that you're taking. They're still individually effective -- plus, there's no other ability out there that can reflect kinetic damage.
anyway, the console is still useless against someone without torpedoes
No. It really isn't "useless". It's much better than TBR at keeping players/pet spam away from you, since it lacks the maximum target limit. Like TBR, it can be used to shove enemies apart or "punt" them in a specific direction. In fact, repel effect-wise, it's better than TBR; it just doesn't come with the damage effect that TBR does.
EDIT: Completely forgot about the immunity to movement controls. That just makes the console even more effective, even against players without torpedoes.
i wont learn to live without the crappy console, it makes part of the console set i bought, its not a console you buy on exchange, klingon.
I don't think that I have to remind you that consoles shouldn't be "better" just because you bought them. If you hate the console's effect so much, then run something else in it's place; there are plenty of people out there who think the console is already effective at what it does. Plus, we haven't even talked about the 3-piece set bonus that the console gives...
it is not better than tbr, and it haves a limit of repulsion, its like 1 pulse each second, is it better than tbr ?
and mai kai, the console is not that good to keep the enemy in place to use the field focus phaser, the repel is super weak, and its too slow
There is also something nobody has touched on about this console.
The fact that your repelling your enemies away from you in a total sphere for whatever duration is 10-15 secs?? Yes they can shoot through the bubble,,,but you forget with energy weps the farther away they are, the less damage they do,,,so you are causing them to not DPS the TRIBBLE out of you as badly.

Do you even Science Bro?
My console isn't as good as a Boff skill...... waaaa.
Come on man get a grip its a console skill its not supposed to be better then a commander level boff skill.
Its also just fine the way it is... despite what you would like to claim.

Really? I haven't heard that. Can we get a confirmation from some other source?
...you're making a post in an online forum, and you don't think you should be quoted in reply? What?
