    Cheyenne-class
    K'tinga class
    B'rel-class (T1 version from P2P)
    Miranda
    Oberth

^What about these ship classes? All of these were seen in TNG as well (I would add the Constellation-class, if there was one ingame).

    Antimatter Spread

^What about this console? It was seen in TNG: "Best of Both Worlds".

Due to the fact that Saucer Separation is only available on the T5 version of the Galaxy-class, I'll omit that.

    Oh, and btw, I'm in.

sadly the tier difference betwen those and the other ships allowed are too high :/ and when i held the "tos wars" tall those ships were in that so....

maybe ill rerun a tos wars in the future for them tier 1-2 ships again :)

Oh okay. It would be nice to see some diversity in the Federation and Klingon sides, but oh well :)

You can mark me down for Federation, Galaxy-class (T4 refit). U.S.S. Yamato.

(Let's hope the Iconians don't come crashing the party! ;) )

i know... the closest thing to an escort is the klingon ship :/ but there are no the next generation (tv era) escorts/escort layout ships in the game.

What about the Olympic, Cheyenne, Negh'Var, and K't'inga?

Yeah, both the Olympic and Negh'Var were part of "All Good Things..." an alternate future timeline - but then again, outside of mentions - did we see an Ambassador outside of an alternate past timeline?

The Cheyenne was part of the Wolf-359 mess.

Course, did we actually see a K't'inga or were they just referenced in those four episodes?

Meh...funny, eh? Yep, TNG (much like TOS) - just didn't have the budget (technology available) that VOY/DS9 did...

Though, a TNG Fleet/Box Wars would possibly allow for:

    B'rel, K't'inga, Vor'cha, Negh'Var - Galor, D'Kora
Excelsior, Ambassador, Cheyenne, Galaxy, Olympic, Nebula

Where one could say that the Feds wouldn't fly the Galor nor D'Kora...which sets up for six ships per side (not counting the 200k/20k4FM variations).

As an aside, was kind of funny thinking about the mention of the Mirror thing. If you were to do a Mirror Wars - would anybody fly anything other than the Mobius/Krenn?

then i guess this event isnt for you, each event has different restrictions on ship selection. its more about the "theme" then the acutal combat.

so maybe i'll catch ya next time.

Yeah, I made that post while I was asleep - only meant to have the Negh'Var in the lower part. Not sure why I added it at the top too, meh. Course, this was shortly after I had BO'd a Cube's heavy torp...lol.

They're pretty cool themed events. There may be a rerun of a previous one or a future one that might suit you better.

The no set items rule is clear as crystal.

im not restricting any bo abilities, im only asking that players keep in mind what was on the next generations show when picking their bo powers.

its pretty clear what i mean on the consoles, any console that gives you a power, or gives you a passive power are not allowed. there are consoles that dont do either but are parts of sets, but since nothing that is part of a set is allowed they cant be taken either.

So then to be crystal, no "special consoles" that grant an abilitiy, passive power or passive anything, or belong to a set.

Just a good ole stock match with the best parts Tureto could steal from the junk yard lol.

The Akira is in all kinds of ds9 episodes and was included in the dominion wars event I held.

This is the theme of the next generation TV show era,

My next wars event will be the "movie" wars.

    Sounds like fun!

I hope I can make the timing work. If I can log on at 1200EST Sander@sander233 (Science) will be there in USS Isaac Asimov (Nebula-class)

Edit: I want to fly as a healer with AOE damage abilities. How does this BOff build sound:

LCdr. Sci: Charged Particle Burst II, Transfer Shield Strength II, Hazard Emitters I

Lt. Tac: Torpedo Spread II, Tac Team I

Lt. Eng: Extend Shields I, Emergency Power to Shields I

Lt. Uni (Tac): Beam Fire at Will I

the only bird of preys was the b'rel and thats a tier 5 or tier 1. and the tier 1 is no longer available.

i also dont recall any raptors being in the next generation, but if you saw the tier 3 or 4 one in the show please let me know what episode and i'll be more then happy to include the.

this themed battle isnt about the klingons fighting the feds, its just about having fun.

so i dont get how this is "fed bs" for rules.

    "Fed BS" for rules?

BoP problem: Unless you have the T1 variant (in which case you are at a disadvantage), you cannot have this ship.

    K'Tinga: See above.

Raptor: Please post where a Raptor was seen in an episode of The Next Generation. In fact, the only Raptor design ever seen in Star Trek, was in Enterprise.

And remember, this is a themed event for fun, not for painting the number of kills on your sorry ship. You're welcome to join in on the event, but you are not welcome to trash it.
