Delete Project = Crash

Attempting to delete any project results in a crash. This occurs both with existing projects that have outlived their usefulness, and new projects created just to test if there was anything special going on with that one.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening to you. When the crash happens, does the Cryptic Error Tracker box pop? That'd be the one that asks you to enter what was hapening at the time of the crash. If it does, there will be a number listed below the big white box. If you can get me that number, it's the easiest way for me to help get a fix for you.

If the error tracker is not appearing, if I can get your @handle and ID number of the missions (feel free to PM those if you don't want to post them here) I'll see what I can do.

I can't promise anything but I'll do what I can.

This is happening to me as well, and has been since Season 7. The error ID is 14453286.

"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them."

This is a known issue and is assigned to a programmer. As usual, I can make no promises or predictions as to when a fix might arrive, sorry.

I am happy to report that there has been progress made and a fix should be inbound. As usual, I can't promise when. Keep an eye on the patch notes.
