Ground Play Keybinds - Help Needed

I'm trying to create a keybind file for ground combat to replace my Y button. It's supposed to do:
1) Target Nearest Exposed Target
2) Order Boffs to attack my target
3) Fire off Tray 7 from left to right
I'm adapting my space keybinds for 3), but I dont know the syntax for 1) and 2).
Does anyone know? Thanks for your help in advance.
