Crashed going into Zeta Andromedae

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the launcher, but I tried to go there just a few minutes ago, and it never was able to load the patch, it stayed at 0 for the whole ten minutes I attempted to load the zone- then I closed STO with the task manager. Now, I can't get back on.

    Possibly unrelated but I kept getting a "Dynamic Patch Error" every time I tried to do an exploration mission in the Rolor Nebula just a few minutes ago. I could get back in and cruise around the exploration block but couldn't get in to any mission instances.
