Currently the Romulan Embassy Boffs in the Embassy store list their traits as doing things different from what they actually do.
For instance, Romulan Science and Engineer candidates are listed as having 'Basic Subterfuge', which states that it "Increases Critical Hit and Exploit chance' as a space trait.
However upon purchase, Subterfuge's description changes to 'Increases cloak effectiveness, and the damage buff from decloaking'.
Also: If 66% of the romulan boffs only benefit ships that have cloaking devices, could you please take a moment to make it work on ships using Mask Energy Signature, rather than bending the fed over a table?
EDIT: submitted a bug report@ ticket ID #1,457,328.

How is looking now Subterfuge's description after the patch ?
(I have the intention to buy a romulan boff too)
"There already is a Borg faction, its called the Federation. They assimilate everyone else's technology and remove any biological or technical distinctiveness and add it to their own."

If you read the patch notes, you will see that the crit chance has been fixed as well.

No it hasn't. My romulan engineer which claimed to grant increased crit chance still does not grant increase crit chance.
