Breen Chel Greet Warship How long to get yours?

Ok well at a last minute dash I wanted to get the ship for my eng toon, I have a spur of the moment I really want this, as lets face it its a fantastic ship...

Anyway my 2 tacs already have it, so last night I decided what the hell, so starting at 12:05am I went for it completed the race and then used up my 175 lock box keys I had stashed...

I have 963 photos of Q after all that, in just under 8 hours time I will have the ship as I can do another race!!!

So how many other people have got the ship in under a day?

How long did it take to get yours!!!

    very well ...for those 200EUR you could have bought a lifetime-sub ;)

    I never bothered with it either. I just didn't see myself enjoying flying one, even if it is a great ship. Combination of the looks and the lore I suppose. I also didn't want the stress of having to access STO all the way through the Christmas holidays during which I was quite busy.

    Just to let you know I did not pay any money for any of the keys I used...

    Only used Zen from my dili reserves. I had the keys stashed for another lock box release, however I just used them myself...

    I have never brought anything in game with real money... :D

    The ship is ok but everyone and his pet dragon has one I certainly wouldn't waist that much Dili or zen to get something what you can get for free seems very very odd that to me

    To get an accurate idea of how long it took to get your ship, you will need to add the time you spent grinding for dilithium to buy the 175 keys, plus the race(s) you ran. Now, how long did it really take you to earn the ship?

    I've been using mine since before Christmas. I got to 800 photo's, then paid for the rest with already-present Lobi.

    The Breen ship has been absolutely phenomenal. It has easily paid for the 200 early-adopter Lobi via many 1st place fleet action purple drops sold on Exchange (at least 50mil EC and counting). The problem is that I've been spending EC almost as fast as I've been earning it. Oh well lol!

    I got mine dec6th and have picked up three more!

    Fantastic ship even more so for the three weeks I had it almost exclusively for myself...:cool:

    I'm in no hurry and only wanted it on one toon...

    Two more races and I'll have it.

    The holidays cut into my play time and I'm saving my Lobi for the Manheim Uni-Console.

    So there ya have it. :)

    I know someone in game who got theirs on the first or second day, through pure lobi/buying stupid amounts of zen from PWE for keys to get more lobi. Sufficed to say, I heard about it, was laughing for weeks while I ran the race to get mine for free.

    Got mine on dec 31st at 8 PM my time. On 3 toons. Without spending a single zen/lobi/dil/EC.
    It is said the best weapon is one that is never fired. I disagree. The best weapon is one you only have to fire... once. B)

    I know a player in my fleet who got it the day it came out using lobi received from buying keys off the exchange just because he could (and to him it was a trivial sum of EC). :eek:

    I got mine on all 9 of my characters around the 1st of January.
    My Romulan Liberated Borg character made it to Level 30 and beat the (old) Defense of New Romulus with the skill point bug. :D

    I got it for one Character. Said Character didn't have a "Secondary Cruiser" (all of my other Characters have the Odyssey SC). Did it the 'expected way' (i.e Races) and claimed it on 12/30/12.

    I'll get it kitted out eventually. Interesting ship indeed...

    • Full, Story-driven, select from start 1-50 Klingon Side
    • Scrap current Lock Box & Lobi system for something more reasonable
    • Expand Dil and Rep/Fleet Marks to regular story content

    lol this post is hilarious if you ask me, the op was like gloating that he spent like 200 to cheat the system and get it on his eng and was like how long did it take the rest of you :D

    It reminds me of that one guy that caught a cab to the end of the marathon and as pretending to be exhausted and wondering why everyone was tired and stuff :D hilarious

    Same here, I currently use it on only 3 chars though. I like (most of) my current ships.
