Foundry Mission List - Huge Slowdown

Anyone else find it a bit naff that looking at the Foundry mission list has a massive impact on framerate? Clearly the game's doing something which has a performance impact that scales with the number of missions displayed, as the framerate impact disappears when only a handful of missions are returned in a search. :(

This got moved? Ridiculous - it's a UI slowness comment thread, nothing to do with The Foundry as a system.

I'm not the only one then!
I think it may be something to do with cpu usage, given that the UI in general is very heavy on the cpu and that I'm running an old core 2 quad q9550.

Even so, the list of foundry missions absolutely annihilates the frame rate.
    I need a beer.

I've heard that their UI is CPU driven instead of GPU driven. This happens any time there is a large number of items that the UI has to render. It's most noticeable in the foundry mission list, and in your duty officer roster if you have 200-400 doffs, but it can happen with a large inventory or bank window open as well if you've purchased some size increases for extra slots.
