Borg Mk XII stats

im using the borg Mk XI set and finding it quite good and suvivable does anyone have the stats for the borg Mk XII set to see what im going to upgrade to?

    Check that out. The stats are better but not a lot better.

    And i believe your bonuses are a little better too

    Well, i have the MK XII set..im very sad.

    The shield was upgraded by a total of 255 capacity...255! wow

    No change between the MK XI and the MK XII engines, they are the same...

    The deflector has +2 stats added to what the XI had.


    End result = NOT WORTH THE MARKS OR DIL

    way to go cryptic, total garbage like the rest of the rep system

    Agreed. I did pick up the MK XII Borg set too, mainly to collect, but the stats need more beefing up to justify the cost.

    ...2700 Omega Marks + about 93k dilithium + 15 borg neural processors + some random commodities.

    Even after the set was crafted, I still had so many Omega Marks that I lost track... I'm down to about 1500 now.

    Is there any improvement in the set bonuses? Like, does the hull heal proc for higher healing? Or are the set bonuses identical across the various sets?

    I initially felt the same way looking at the numbers (between Mk XI and Mk XII) last night but since I had been specifically grinding the Omega Reputation to get the Mk XII Borg Space set, I took the plunge and bought all three (i.e., Engine, Deflector and Shield).

    Understand that this toon already had a complete Borg set from pre-Season 7 STFs. As you also know, this set started as Mk X and evolved to Mk XI as you unlocked the Omega Tiers.

    Not expecting much because of the "minimal" gains in stats, I took the ship (a well-armed Steamrunner) through the ever popular ISE STF. It seemed to be more survivable and felt to be putting out a wee bit more damage too (pleasantly surprised by these turn of events).

    Long story short, I'm glad I grinded the system and went through all this to buy the Mk XII Borg set. It wasn't cheap and it seemed to take forever but I'm glad I did. :)
