I have no interest in buying in weapons with dil for now. I'm currently turning mine I farm into Zen points. So far I bought another "Officer" slot so I can add my new Breen to my KDF crew. Created my 3rd character I been wanting, a Fed Tactical Capt. And now I'm building up for a new ship. Which I'm 1/2 way there already. The ship will either be for cruiser for my Eng Fed, or Vesta for my Tactical Fed. Since I took out the small purchases on my list for now.

to be honest i like the idea behind the new system but not the execution. It's really niceto be able to get a guaranteed reward and the new powers and such, but what bothers me is the price. And that's all it is too, just a price. At this point it's not a reputation system, it's a system of bribes and such buying my way to the top rather than just earning it through the content and missions. Has any one seen the prices for kits in the embassy? they're insane, and to top it off, the embassy is just a useless new area that can't even act as a social zone since it kicks you out after a queued event.
Maybe if prices were half of what they are now i would be more willing to grind, but as it is, i've earned some stuff for my main but that seems to be all i can stomach considering how the new Cryptic Content Policy is just adding more grind to the grind.
i just get my 10 chars through to tier 5, i want the passives and thats it.
i think i might have one char who could use some special Plasma Weaponry, and i will certainly take a look at what weapons come with new visuals (i'm a sucker for cool looking ground weapons).
but i will be very picky what items i might end up actually buying for ALL of my characters (probably the STF sets and thats it)
the EC cost doesn't really bother me that much, i got plenty and i know how to get more if i need to.
BUT the replicating / buying at vendor part, HYPOS in stacks of 20 for 10 characters that is 500 Hypos, 500 Shield Gens and 600 Major Regens every day thats 80 complete buy processes with multiple clicks.... i so gonna send dStahl the bill for my next Logitech G700 Mouse!
lol, I bought everything. I have everyhting From the omega store. All the XII purple Space and Ground sets and Costumes. All the Wep's, and From the Roumlan store I bought both Romulan and Reman XII purple Space sets, the Launcher, the Beam and the Console, And all the space weapons and the Hanger pets. I dont care for the ground Romulan weps or Escourts. So now I have nothing to do but work on my Starbase and Embassy and getting the rest of my Commindation ranks to level 4. ANd wait for season 8. One question If I buy another Romulan Torp launcher can I have more that one per ship? or are they like Quad cannons where you can only equip one?
