Nebula for PVP.

I am probably going to get laughed at but. I LOVE THIS SHIP! Is there a link or someone have a pvp set up for this ship so that if I were to show up in a match people may think "Fail boat." But, after the match they are thinking: "Damn, that's a good ship!"

My vision for the ship is an engineering/Sci fusion using beam weapons and an Engineer captain. I enjoy crowd control, but don't mind throwing out heals here and there.

I know that I am asking a lot and maybe the Devs should have fixed the ship before releasing it. Would someone be able to advise me on a proper PVP set up?

    the nebula is a fine ship,

    i love mine to death (the fleet is even better of course)

    i can help ya out in game at some point or wait a few days and i'll find my old layouts and post'm here for ya.

    I used to really like the n00bula, but I've replaced it with better (imo) ships.

    Here's what I used for it, as a healBoat.

    - 6x Beam Arrays
    - 100 Weapons, 50 Aux (~119/95 after skills)

    - Lt Tac: FAW 1, Delta 1
    - Ens Sci: Tractor Beam 1
    - Cmdr Sci: HE 1, TSS 2, SciTeam 3, Scramble 3
    - LtC Eng: EPtS 1, Aux to SIF 1, Extend 2
    - Lt Eng (Uni): EPtS 1, EngTeam 2

    Alternate
    - Lt Tac: FAW 1, Delta 1
    - Ens Sci: Tractor Beam 1
    - Cmdr Sci: HE 1, TSS 2, SciTeam 3, Scramble 3
    - Lt Sci (Uni): HE 1, TSS 2
    - LtC Eng: EPtS 1, Extend 1, Aux to SIF 2

    I tend to switch around Extend 1/2 and Aux to SIF 1/2 depending on whether I've got more hull or shield healing. If I've got more hull healing, I use Extend 2 for the SDR boost. If I've got more shield healing, Aux to SIF 2 makes an awesome (relatively high) spot heal and resistance boost.

    Don't forget to look into the DOff that adds a HoT proc to Aux to SIF.
