I've noticed a few times now that my hyper torpedo launcher and omega hy shots some times don't do any damage at all to their targets on impact. It doesn't happen very frequently but there been instances where ive watched the HY omega shot go to its target, explode, no dot on the target, no damage taken at all.
A little while ago, doing my new romulas patrol daily, I flew straight into 2 HY plasma torpedoes that a couple of BoP's lobbed at me and I took no damage and got no plasma dot. Prolly safe to assume this is related to the targetable projectiles themselves and not the launchers.
