Subscription not showing up and no help from PW :(

I am not sure this is the proper place for this, but it's the best fit I can find. I have searched the forums, the FAQ, and the support links. I have clicked the "contact us" and keep being sent to the places that already do not answer my question.

I have signed up for a new subscription. I have not received anything saying I am now a subscriber, yet my bank account has paid the first payment. I am showing "inactive" on my manage/create subscriptions section of my account page. I have never received an activation code of any sort.

Will someone knowledgeable in this please let me know what I need to do or who/how to contact? Thank you for your time. :)

Log into your account from STO's website (don't forget to have your e-mail open as you'll get a message from accountguard authorizing your entry into your account), then you should see a subscription status button- click it. You'll then get the choice to make it active.

...Just remember to do the same to deactivate the sub before it expires or you'll get renewed (and charged) without warning.

If the above advice doesn't solve your problem, you should open a ticket. You can do that on their support website (https://support.perfectworld.com) or by sending an email to customerservice@perfectworld.com (only if you're having trouble with the support website).
My views may not represent those of Cryptic Studios or Perfect World Entertainment. You can file a "forums and website" support ticket here

It only gives me the option to upgrade to gold, then gives me a list of payment choices. I have already paid for it so I do not want to click a payment choice again. Is there an option I am missing?

As for the submit a ticket, everytime I click the link it takes me in circles of the things I have already tried resulting in no answers. When i try the contact links it gives me an error saying there are too many redirects. I have cleared cookies, temp files, history, and cleaned the disk. I also have it accepting all the cookie stuff. I think I will try the email if there is nothing else working.

    Thank you both :)

Hopefully it's not too late to contact your credit card company and stop payment on the transaction. I would never recommend anyone purchase a membership to STO. Tech and customer support ranges from poor to nonexistent and there's a high probability you'll end up being a paying customer to a game you can't even play and little hope of getting help.
