Why are there no freighters or cargo ships in Klingon territory? Do Klingons not need equipment and provisions and medical supplies? It makes no sense for these ships to be seeded only in Sirius and Regulus, Cargo Ships should be moving everywhere through the galaxy except Gamma Orionis and Pelia sector.
Please seed Cargo ships in the other sectors! Klingons need cheap commodities too!!
Delta Rising is the best expansion ever and the players love it! No, seriously! ...Why are you laughing so hard?

That is so true xD Even worse, the freighter you can call as a klingon has just worthless junk to sell xD
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though. JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

Yeah if we have Starfleet Admirals flying around representing the Federation and shooting everything that moves while flying Breen ships, there's no "canon" reason to not have cargo ships moving around in all sectors, especially Omega Leonis and all the Cardassian and Romulan territories.
Qo'noS would be way behind the Federation in technological development if they could only get good technology from inside the Federation itself...

Don't disagree about marauding through the sector but Klingon colonies and stations need supplies and provisions just as much as Federation colonies and stations do. I wouldn't object to having the freighters escorted, as long as I don't have to fight them for basic supplies.
There's no honor in winning a battle and letting the spoils go to waste due to neglect of basic provisions. How else will you keep the native populace subjugated?
Also Klingons need robust industry to keep the Empire strong, without trade the Empire can't continue to grow.
I'd wager that the Cardassians and Romulans need supplies and provisions even more given their heavy losses, so it's doubly baffling that there's no freighter traffic in those areas.
Marauding doff assignments. I get a lot of commodities that way. Some of the assignments are to raid something.
But a lot of these commodities aren't really useful - or I should say are not used in the reputation system. The most common ones from these assignments are Medical supplies, Industrial Energy Cells, Industrial Replicators, and communication arrays. Rarely do you get stem bolts or weather control systems, or terraforming systems. And if you do, it certainly isn't enough to supply the daily 30-70 of them that are required.
EDIT: For KDF, the easiest thing to do is to buy them with your Fed, and mail them or put in Account bank for your klink.

All of the captains of the freighter ships were told by Dan to go sit in the back seat and eat cheerios. By the time they finished their cereal, their ships had crashed on various planets throughout the system.

why should kdf have traders. any cargo ships would be working for the empire not selling TRIBBLE to everyone.
you would prob have been demoted and have brought shame to your house to be doing such a pitiful job as a cargo ship captin
Maybe with supplies from a nearby cargo ship you could get some spare parts and repair it

What Cryptic should consider before releasing anything.

There's also a commodities vendor on Quo'nos.
I got a Tuffli Freighter for my Klingon.
Edit: I meant to tack this onto my previous post. Oops.
