Has anyone reached Tier 5 Omega yet?

If so, what are the stats of the Adapted KHG/MACO and what do they look like?

I don't think anyone will reach T5 for at least another week or more, of course I would be happy to be proven wrong.:D

I only hope the reputation system recognises already unlocked STF sets so we don't need to redo them for the adapted sets. Too many rep bugs already.:(

You won't see anyone completing Tier 5 Omega or Romulan for at least another 10 days.

And then someone would have to have enough Omega Points, BNPs, and Dilithium saved to purchase the Adapted Set.

That won't happen for at least another week, minimum.

But I can tell you exactly what the stats are gonna be:

The Adapted Maco/Honor Guard, is the Mk XII set of the opposite faction. So Feds will get Mk XII Honor Guard, with all the bonuses it provides (extra torp damage, aux bonus, Mask Energy Field, etc), and vice versa.

As for what the new costumes will look like, no clue.
I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.

More interested in the ground sets than I am the space ones. And Im really just curious what the Adapted KHG/MACO rifle will look like... as the current ones dont seem suited to the opposite roles they could be filling.

EG: The current Phaser Battle Rifle doesnt seem suited to having a grenade launcher on it, and the current KHG rifle doesnt seem suited to being a sniper rifle.

Some think that the MACO costume on the dummy on the Fed starbase which is added by one of the special projects is the new costume set, I think it is just a white version of the one wore by the photonic MACO.

As for the KDF one, I did some searching in the awsome gallery kept by Zerobang and found this, the one in the middle and the left have parts I haven't seen much of in game.

Nausicaan security personal on the KDF starbase wear parts of the middle one and I think maybe the KHG photonic boff has some of those parts too. Just speculation, these may just be concepts.

I know myself and a few other people in my fleet have an unopened crate from S6 conversion with 3000 omega marks, BNPs, and some dilithium. I specifically saved enough EDCs etc in S6 for this conversion. Some may say I should have converted it to dilithium before hand, but I didn't want to have grind out another 3000 omega marks to get the set. So I'm pretty much set to buy when I hit T5, which won't be for another week and a half.

Well it hasn't been confirmed fed now get a nade launcher on their gun, has it ?

What they said was the set would be in the counter faction style, as in dps or tank from what I understand.

I hope the visuals aren't great at all so I won't have to go buy it

Well, it is just an assumption the the Adapted fed set will have the grenade launcher from the KHG set. But Ive not heard that it wont, just that the adapted sets will have the stats of the opposite factions STF sets.

There is rumor that the adapted maco set will look like the final mannequin of the last Fleet Starbase project. Its basically a white version of the holographic guards of the Facility 4028 mission where you escort a prisoner out.

As for me, I will be hitting t5 on the 23. which is in 6 days.

I know 2 or 3 people who reached t4 at least one day before me and I haven't used my time efficiently since t4 which means I waste about 4 hours between them and don't try to gain a day by moving the cooldown to the morning and stay up late the next night.

That was much easier when it was 40h a project, then you had 8 hour windows.

And enough marks arent the proplem either...you get about 90 omega marks per STF elite and there are 8 STFs you can do, enough to do for the cooldown to run out.

Think iam about 70k now and its 100k to t5, so figure a little while yet. Then of course the upgrade for assimilated set.

Well if the adapted set has a fed nade launcher I will probably have to get that gun.

I actually rolled a kling just for the honorguard robe and nade launcher when I heard about season 7 :D

As for getting a full set I still say omega's stealth camo rules supreme if you grew up on "get to da choppa" like me.

But if the visuals are great it's going to be hard to ignore

Easy if you are a hardcore player that can do one after another. But the road for STF set is a very long run for many people. Not everyone has STF sets when S7 went live and you are talking about getting at least 4 out of the 5 sets (Mk12, Omega Mk12, Adapted, Omega Space Set, and MACO space set). And that is a serious amount of grinding for Omega Marks and Dilithium.

I just started on both omega/rom t5 reps yesterday on both the kdf and fed sides, I should be finishing it around the 22-23 at the earliest myself.

Nooo - the feds don't get the Honor Guard look - as has been mentioned, Adapted MACO (i.e. Fed KHG) is the (fugly in my opinion :() Holographic Tac Armor.

I'm presuming we'll get a Phaser pulsewave/photon grenade launcher as part of Adapted MACO and a Disruptor sniper rifle for Adapted KHG (which is actually a pain since you won't be able to switch weapons to avoid a remod if you choose to equip both).
