The Breen ship for the KDF

I admit, it does honestly provide an interesting ship for the generally starved Klingon side. Yes it is of course cross-faction, but for all intents and purposes, it's still quite the nice addition regardless.

Between Plasmonic, Adapted Maco, Polarons or Polarized Disruptors, and the Energy Dampener weapon, that could be quite the wicked combo as is.

Putting aside PvP for the moment, I think the Klingon-side, even if it's the same ship, got the better deal because of the consoles and such we have.
I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.

My thoughts exactly! That thing would be a constant power drain on whatever the target is. Really curious how this would work against an Elite cube.

Yeah, getting pretty despirate for a ship over here.

It's either this Breen ship for a KDF Science or go fit out a Minmitar Rifter or Thrasher.

It'll make my Breen BOff very comfortable.

And I like the stats. A Cruiser with a Commander Tac BOff should make many happy.

    Commander: TT1 HY2 ApO1 CRF3
    LT:TT1 ApD1
    LT: EPTA1 A2Sif1
    LTC: HE1 TSS2 TSS3
    ens: EPTS1

    OR

    Commander: TT1 BO2 BO3 ApO3
    LT:TT1 ApD1
    LT: EPTW1 A2Sif1
    LTC: HE1 TSS2 TSS3
    ens: EPTS1
    Leonard Nimoy, Spock.....:(

I really like it. The perfect ship for my Nausicaan science captain. I already bought a set of polarized disruptors for it.

With the adapted maco set available to KDF, my bet is that the next lockbox gives Feddies the leech console so both factions may enjoy it equally soon.

It's more like a 'weekend convertible' for lounging and barhopping in. My TAC capt will use it as leisure clothing that won't leave her completely defenseless but my ENG captains may find it pretty useful, especially my seldom used blue guy.

That ship can wreak havoc if you went with a power draining approach.

Load up the Leach Console and the Acton Assimilator Console along with the vessels own special console.

I'd go with a BO line up like this:

    Commander Tactical TT1, Hy2, TSS3, CRF3

    Lt. Tactical TT1, ApB1

    Lt. Engineering EpTa1, A2sif1

    Lt. Commander Science ST1, TR1, TSS3

    Ensign EPTS1

I was thinking something along this line as well.

Although, I will not be making any Breen comfortable aboard anytime soon. I'm going to have to change the environmental controls to boost that interior temperature several... dozen degrees before I step foot in it.

and that winter "wonderland" isn't any better...

It looks like an interesting ship, more maneuverable and more tactical orientated than a Fleet Tor'Kaht, but tankier than things like Raptors and Fleet Scourges.

I want it for at least one of my KDF characters (both Tacs), but I'm not sure if I'd like it better than my Fleet Tor'kaht on my main. I like having different ships on my two characters, so my second would get it if I don't go with it on my main, since I'm not liking the Fleet Scourge I have on that character very much (good ship, but I don't like it.)

I've been itching to get my hands on a new ship, I just don't like the cost PwE placed to get it. They should make it a c-store item
Vice Admiral Thylek Shran- U.S.S. Omega (Odyssey Class Battleship) United Federation Space Command
Vice Admiral T'vix RRW Talon (Scimitar Drednought)
General S'tal IKS Q'vat (Bortasq' Battle Cruiser)

I'm getting it for my KDF Eng. Capt. I been looking for a different ship to play around with for him. And this one got my attention. I was saving up for the Guramba Siege Destroyer. The Breen ship will be nice for me to try. Love the Aggressive warship look to it. I think it fits perfect for KDF styling. Just because I getting the Breen ship. I'm still saving up for the Guramba.

Now if I can find a Breen Officer for my crew.

It's incredibly easy to get, log on once a day get Q to turn you in to a devidian, and do the race, takes about 15 mins, one free ship at the end of the month.

Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

Being turned into a Devidian doesn't help much, if at all. Going into shooter mode and using the mouse to steer, however, did help me over using just the keyboard.

Cost of "bugger all" isn't to your liking? And you want to pay money for it?

Turning into a Targ or other small 4-legged animal helped a lot for me, along with cutting corners slightly to stop the slide.

    Made it easy, actually.

I don't even know if I want this ship. I was "hardcore" Klingon enough to space everyone on my crew who wasn't Klingon and replace them with Klingons...

    Including DOFFs....

As you're about to go into a corner, jump, release the movement keys, and mouse-look yourself into the direction you want to go next. You'll land at a full stop and can start running again.

Do it right and you can pass the race opponent of the person ahead of you, no need for any transforms.

Last year I almost managed to catch the player infront of person ahead of me. I was using the Sprint/Crouch button combo.

Of course they were both moving at a rather sedate pace, and it was allot more congested then.

Alternatively, do Kirk Rolls around sharp corners. Same effect but a bit more ground gained and less complicated.

Just by comparing the cost of the two ships I've changed my mind. Tor'Kaht is out the airlock and into a blackhole. Breen ship should outgun the Tor'Kaht by lightyears and little it can do about it.

Only department where the Tor'Kaht wins over the Chel is by looks..

So far I done the race each day of the event. On a good track of getting it. I'm looking forward to my Breen ship for the KDF. Already got my Breen Officer from doing the replay series as well. Good thing to, cause with him on board. He can show my KDF crew how to fly the thing.

I need to buy additional Bridge Officers slots now, so I can add him to my crew.

Well I'm planning on putting my Sci Captain in one too.

    TT1, APD1 APO1 CRF3
    TT1 CRF1

    EPTS1, Aux2ID1
    EPTS1
    PH1 or TB1, HE2, VM1
    **Energy Syphon from set

I'll be using that with the Breen Set, plasmodic leech, and possibly AMS as well to really nark folks off. All cannons/turrets of the Polaron variety. With plenty of pewpew, VM, SNB, the drain from the leach, the breen console, and the polarons, it could prove rather unpleasant. Or fail...

While I am attempting to collect it for all my toons, I only anticipate using it KDF,as FEDs flying other ships irks me.

My KDF has a fleet Vor'cha which I am very happy with. My KDF SCI has both time ships, and a Hegh'ta I am very fond of using with him.

I think this will be a good ship for my almost top level KDF Tac captain. I am open her for the others on the KDF side. But for the moment my Feds are very happy with their Vesta Pack, MVAE, HEC, Fleet Nebula, ect....

I do just love me some cannon cruisers, so who knows what I will do months down the line. I just like to keep my play style different across the factions.
Thanks for the Advanced Light Cruiser, Allied Escort Bundles, Jem-Hadar Light Battlecruiser, and Mek'leth
