Romulan BOP for hangars in Romulan Reputation System

Okay.
So it self-explanatory in the title.
I want some feedback from you guys whether you think this is a good idea.
BTW Please don't turn this into an arguement about Klingons content because it would be in the Romulan Reputation system meaning its cross-faction (Maybe for the Karfi and other carriers for Klingons since BOPs are Vo'Quv specific) . I was thinking about these stats
Romulan Auleius (Actual Romulan Ship name btw) BOP

Cooldown: 2m 30s (I don't know how long )

Range: 15km

Fighter Gear: Dual Heavy Disruptor Cannons *2( Wonder if these can be equipped on shuttles)
Disruptor Turret *2
Plasma Torpedo
Canon Rapid Fire 1
Torpedo High Yield 1 (Nice heavy torps)
Cloak (Dont want to make OP)
Please don't be angry, i just want feedback (Remember it has a 2m 30s cooldown for the weapons
Can be launched by All carriers apart from Heavy Escort Carrier and Vesta Ship line
Can support 2 by any 1 hangar
I don't know what to add for the hull strength.

Why not just make a copy of the KDF BoP, but with plasma weapons. It would be pretty close to what you have here. Makeing a guess from the Wiki, something like:

Cooldown: 1m 20s
Range: 15km
Fighter Gear
Dual Disruptor Cannons
Disruptor Turret
Plasma Torpedoes
Cannon: Rapid Fire I
Torpedo: High Yield I
Battle Cloak

for the basic BoP and:

Cooldown: 1m 20s
Range: 15km
Modified by:
Fighter Gear
Disruptor Dual Cannons
Disruptor Turret
Plasma Torpedo Launcher
Cannon: Rapid Fire II
Torpedo: High Yield II
Battle Cloak

for the advanced version.

Maybe swap out the cannons for beams and the Cannon rapid fire for beam overload. Everything else seems fine with your suggestion from my point of view.

Vo'Quv users might complain about it because it's a copy.

I wonder how hard it would be to add a flag for 'heavy carriers' versus the smaller ones, so this sort of pet is only usable by the Voquv, Karfi, and Atrox? Would look odd to see an Armitage or Marauder launching ships half their own size.

I think its on a per ship basis, as most KDF pets are listed as can be equipped on this and this and this, etc. The KDF BoP is listed as only for the Voquv, so it shouldn't be hard at all.

All Klingon Ships can use it but I excluded the Armitage because its...um...kinda OP with 2 cloaked vessels ready to attack. Add this to the Armitages canon build and torp system defense and you got lots of BOOMs.

Would solve the Feds get not covets complaint at least. While not excluding the Klingons. Might have a shot. Though you can basically do a limited use version of this already.

I tried an idea of a full copy of the Klingon BOP pet for feds only but i got lotsa negative comments (mostly about the content for klingons). Any other bits of feedback?
