    Hi Captains,

    We're going to extend our timeframe by 30 minutes, but expect to have the server up closer to the original time than 30 minutes later :) The patch is so epic that it needs a few extra minutes before we let you all in. Patching should be enabled fairly soon, too.

    Cheers,

    Brandon =/\=

    Guess Elton John was only partly right, "We're sorry that this taking longer than expected" are actually the hardest words.

    Off topic Edit can anyone tell me how long I have to wait before I can make new threads :) got a BOFF issue and can't post in the help section

    "Hello Captain!

    At this time, you may only post replies to threads that have already been created. After a certain amount of time has passed since your registration date, you will be able to create new threads in forums that allow it.

    Thanks,

    The Star Trek Online Community Team"

    :)

    We try and get it as close to the time we project. But, I'll pass along your feedback to the team.

    Cheers,

    Brandon =/\=

    Well, there's your problem. Stop using the LaForge method of calculating project completion time and start using the Scotty principle. You'll look like superstars when you finish the work in 1/2 the time you originally quoted.

    :)
