Foundry mission: Another man's hell bugged

When you get to the "De-brief First Officer Sorcha", I go to the briefing room, and no Sorcha.

Kind of hard to get to the next level when she isn't there.

    Add "Making Friends" to the list. Cannot return to the king. He isn't there

    http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=458791 - It sounds like this bug I'm afraid. However, this is in the patch notes for the update currently in testing, so we're hoping it will be fixed in Friday's patch.
