respec reset your omega/romulan passive bonuses?

Im not really sure what happened, I did a complete wipe respec on one of my toons earlier today and I just noticed that my passive romulan and omega rep bonuses were reset, allowing me to chose them again.

Anyone else notice this or is it just coincidental that it happened after I reset all of my skills?

Sounds like they are looked at as a skill as well so it might be safe to say that the respec tokens work on those options.

It does say when you select them the skill is permanent, but its kind of crazy to think you could never change them. a respec should in theory reset everything back to zero as people will want to change their set up, so if yours worked then i think thats the answer. it should be the same for everyone.

my projects were already in progress, nothing changed on those, I was buying up stuff for the next round of rep projects when I noticed that my passives were no longer selected and it wanted me to chose t1 and then t2 passives again for both omega and romulan stuff. I repecd my toon several hours ago so honestly I don't know if its just coincidence or not. would make sense that its not coincidence but... *pokes pwe* when do these guys ever make much sense?

I got a free rep bonus respec when reaching t2.
I think it happens randomly like the validation of investigate officer reports daily mission. Probably a bug (but a nice one).
