the name of the fleet is: house of vendetta.

we have these projects done:
shipyard tier 1
array tier 1
transwarp ring 1
we construct now fabrication tier 1.

we are not a big fleet or many members online.
but we are looking for a allied federation fleet a old one or newly create both are welcome.
