Alternate special starbase projects

in recent months with the decline in activity on STO and fleet members dissappearing for various holidays i would like to suggest an alternate decorative dill project system keeping to the once a month theme, instead of just seeing what appears the next month and having to get that done as quick as possible to be ready for the next one, i propose that ALL the decorative projects become available and you may pick and choose the one you with to purchase on that month rather than waste a load of dill on something particularly poor only to have something pretty nice appear the next month ( hasnt happened for a while apart from dancing orions on the stripper table for KDF) and find that your not even half way though that previous one which is half way done and folks want to use there dill on useable items rather than the cosmetic project that gives you NOTHING. so once you start the project a 30 day countdown starts before you may queue up the next cosmetic project to start.
