Sweet, wish I would have waited a couple days before I bought my Assault Cruiser refit but oh well, time to get that Oddy now. Great time for a sale.

Well that Zen I bought during the last 15% promo that I still haven't got almost 3 weeks later would be nice if it turned up sometime soon.:(

With 3700 Zen (all taken from the Dil Exchange; I'm patient :D), and aiming for the Bortasqu' bundle currently, this is great news ;)

Just need to get between 40-45K Dil in 4 days, across six characters, and I'll be good
    Was named Trek17.

Been playing STO since Open Beta, and have never regarded anything as worse than 'meh', if only due to personal standards.

as i stated on the 15% zen promo...i would love to get in on this, but i'm on a VERY limited income with a family to support and i'm saving all my zen money ($25.00/month) for the next year so i can get a lifetime subscription. sigh...oh well...will be worth it in the long run i think. :) and i'm happy with my mirror assault cruiser and advanced escort so no worries. i do apologize for having to freeload for a while, though. sto is such a great game...i feel bad that i can't contribute more financially. keep up the good work!!!

Have you transfered the Zen to STO Holodeck Server. If not, it's just sitting in your ZEN wallet.

Good promo, unfortunately there's no new KDF ships to buy. I'll continue saving my pennies until then.

    Excluding the bundle.

Shocking. Because $40 for the bundle, for three days, would drain the coffers.

Damn shame, its the only way I would consider getting the Vesta.

another US holiday, another promo... shame I only realise this after the promo has been started (I am on the other side of things, I know when there is a sale it is a US holiday and not the otherway around :D)

still, I might buy myself something nice, even though am happy with my Aventine

    Excellent timing, I say.

Just cashed in on the lowest point of last weeks zen-exchange dip, with just such a deal in mind.

Now then. Kar'fi I'm buying, that one's decided. But do I use the remainder of my Zen for the B'rel or the Vesta (which I can suddenly afford, due to the discount on my Kar'fi). Difficult decisions...

That's my issue at the moment, my money taken weeks ago, no answer from support yet and no Zen in my wallet.

    Get the B'rel....

I'm personally very unhappy with my Vesta....

It's a decent ship don't get me wrong.... just one of its bonuses (the hangar bay) is severely gimped...

I wish they had told us when they released the spec for the ship. It can launch fighters once every 55 seconds.... the animation also only allows you to launch one fighter roughly every 3 seconds....

Huge difference to the Kar'fi's 30 second Fighters CD, and launches them all at the same time. Same goes for the Recluse, HEC, and Orion Flight Decks... the Vo'Quv has timers based on Aux levels so I'm not counting it....

It's also not a bug and intended... you're better off getting a Recluse or HEC if you want a carrier Fed side...

I knew buying a Fed ship would bite me in the TRIBBLE.. lol

Other than the hangar issue, does it combine science and tac gameplay well? I'm pretty much considering it as an offensive ship for my scientist, and a science ship for my tac captain... For me, the cannons drew my interest, combined with the ltn cmdr universal slot. The hangar issues I could live with, if these other things were good. Fed hangar vessels are inferior to BoP's and Fer'Jai anyway, in terms of cool.

I could do most of the things I would do with the B'rel with the Hegh'ta, except from a sci/kinetic lurker approach. Which would be very interesting, but of limited value in PvE, I suspect.

I'm really enjoying the Far'fi, btw. Best buy to date. ^^
