"Dimensional" torpedoes, odd bug?

I was in a space war zone the other day when suddenly BLAMMO! My ship blew up supposedly from nothing. I decided to check the combat log, and found a hit from "an unknown ability" that dealt a few million points of Dimensional damage. It definitely looked fishy, as there is no dimensional damage in STO. I asked the guy about it, he said it was a temporal torpedo. I left the area, asked in zone chat, people said it was a legitimate hit. I learned later that it was a glitch involving... you guessed it... temporal torpedoes, just as the guy who blew me up said. Another person later came out raging "OMG EGO TORP OBVIOUS HAXXOR" not knowing that temporal torpedoes are completely messed up. How exactly the torpedoes are sometimes dealing paranormal damage types from CO in Star Trek Online is beyond me.

yeah, I been seeing strange damage deaths like that too. Deaths out of no where. 15km, 20km away from any enemy then suddenly BOOM! dead with no attacker within range to do ANYTHING!

I am in ISE in one fight. Everyone finishes killing every single enemy in the map including the gate. We see the rewards popup and get our borg nuero... borg brain TRIBBLE... I am at full health full shields, no debuffs.

    RED ALERT!
My right facing shields drop to a half.

No enemies left, no debuffs, nothing.

Where the hell did that attack come from?
