Run 5 disruptor tac consoles, it's worth it. Maybe even slot the space jump in your sci slot, if you feel you can tank most damage.
Drop the single and dual cannon in favor of dual heavies, they tend to hit harder.
Drop one epts1. Maybe the ens uni slot, then slot either hazard emitters or a tractor beam.
Jam sensors and aceton field aren't to my taste, and I'd run Aux2SIF and Hazard emitters in their place (with the tractor beam on the uni spot), but that's just me.
Aux2SIF would compensate for the field generator through extra damage resistance and a decent hull heal, HE is nice because it clears plasma debuffs.
If this is for pve only you don't need the single cannon, even as slow turning as the Bortasqu is, it can still get by, especially in STF where borg move slow and many dont move at all.
Dual cannons suck, you should go with either 3DHC and 1 Quad, or if you have points in projectiles maybe 2DHC 1 quad 1 torp, or 3DHC 1 torp. 4 turrets in rear of course.
In STFs this can outdamage many escorts except for fleet defiants and bug ships.
@Twam: i will modifie boff layout and tact cons @Marc: nope i thinking in pvp more than pve @roach (bitemepwe): You recomend more the sci botars than tactical?
and equal than you, i hope that Cryptic, Pwe, DaStahl, etc look and help (without bugs) new missions, ships, weap for KDF side
If you're flying a Bortasqu' in PvP, I cannot recommend anything with a 45 degree arc even with the Subspace Jump. But if you are dead set on it I would also recommend the Subspace Snare console, Attack Pattern Omega, Aux2Damp, and even a Tractor Beam. Anything to speed up the Bortasqu' or bring your enemies to you. Or both.

I suggested the Science Version becuase it has the Sensor Analysis and two Sci consoles slots for shield enhancing consoles. Honestly though, since its PvE you can use any of the three BortasQu variants that you wish.

All I could think of for a cannon build.
