UI shield regen

The UI isnt displaying any number for regen in the information tab. I checked in earth dock space and in an enemy encounter with some borg, even let the shields drop down to see if the shields actually needed to be regening something. But nope no numbers ever, I then switched to another ship and checked it too still nada. Does anyone else have any numbers.

    Really late in following this up anyway.

    Shield regen UI now shows 0 shield regen / 6 seconds. (something close to that not exact wording)

    However that is all it shows. Tested sitting in normal space and while in combat under fire. The UI still states regen to be 0.
