Shield Power Changes

So it seems EPtS, RSP, and ExS will all be sharing a CD.

Seeing as I use the first to on my tanking builds I'm in the process of reworking builds. We know complaining will do nothing so I'm not here to do that. I'm curious how others are adapting to this change?

Considering Aux SIF on my tacts who fly a JHAS and the Temporal Destroyer as a replacement to RSP. Which should work out fine..

I'm not sure what to do on my tanking ships as they've already got Aux SIF III. As such my tanking ships also have ExS.

Right now my D'kora has

Eng CMDR: EPtS, Extend Shields, RSP, AUX SIF III
Eng Lt.: EPtS, Aux Damp.

The new change affects this ship the most, any ideas?

Some of the things coming to mind are cycing Aux to SIF and Dampeners for damage resist/def boost, and maybe introducing TSS to the mix, for another minor damage resist and shield heal.

Also, polarise hull and HE don't share cooldowns anymore, so I'm thinking of looking at the resist that offers, now that it doesn't mess with the hazard clear.

Yea my science powers are fine in the change over, this only affected my engineering powers. If I decide to cycle Aux to Damp this will affect when I need to heal myself or a teammate with Aux to SIF.

Aceton Beam had some minor uses against the gate and tact cubes. Mostly useless in Fleet missions tho... which is why it was dropped for the Aux to SIF III. About to hit the STOAcademy site to see what I can do.

Do RSP and EXS still prompt CDs on the other powers that where known to cycle with them?

Updated Bridge Officer Abilities:
Reduced shared cooldown on Auxiliary to Structural Integrity Field and Auxiliary to Inertial Dampers from 15sec to 10sec.
Shared cooldown on multiple copies of Auxiliary to Inertial Dampers reduced from 20sec to 10sec.
Auxiliary to Emergency Battery moved from Battery cooldown to Auxiliary Power cooldown
It now shares a 10sec timer with Auxiliary to Inertial Dampers and Auxiliary to Structural Integrity.
Emergency Power to Shields has been added to the cooldown category shared by Extend Shields and Reverse Shield Polarity.
The shared cooldown between Directed Energy Modulation and Aceton Field has been removed.
The shared cooldown between Polarize Hull and Hazard Emitters has been removed.
The shared cooldown between Mask Energy Signature, Jam Sensors and Charged Particle Burst has been removed.
This also affects Antimatter Spread and Photonic Displacement consoles.
Removed Tachyon Beam and Energy Siphon from shared cooldown formerly shared with Tyken's Rift and Gravity Well.
The latter two will remain on a shared cooldown.
The shared cooldown between Viral Matrix and Scramble Sensors has been removed.
The shared cooldown between Photonic Officer and Photonic Shockwave has been removed.

If A2B now shares a Cd with A2D and A2S, does it still share a CD with EPTx abilities?

No AFAIK neither seems to cycle with their previous powers, its actually why I originally dropped the power. I need to check A2B again, not at home atm....
