Officer Exchange missions curning out only greens

I had four characters each get nothing but green (fail) results this past cycle from Bajor, Card, Para AND Kare Officer Exchange missions--sometimes white/common and sometimes green/uncommon officers were used, all had at least one crit stat. The odds of that happening naturally is about par with erosion creating a piano. Anyone else seeing this or did I just get fantastically identical poor rolls? Did this last patch TRIBBLE things up?

    Actually... the odds aren't that bad.

    Try it again. Maybe the RNG will like you more tomorrow.

    The odds of that happening aren't that bad. Even with a 2 crit trait common there is a chance of almost 50% that the outcome will be green or worse.

    Ha ha. No. You may want to re-examine your math.

    I received a few blues from those missions over the past few days (along with greens).

    I would say that anecdotally I am experiencing an abnormally high number of Green returns across the board on all my 'toons. Not just exchange missions, but any missions that give a DoFf in return.

    I run it across 9 fed toons. Well... what can I say.

    Bajoran is by far the worst of them, mostly useless for greens, better feed blues to it, then you usually get some decent blue or even better purple. May be we should whine a lot, and it'll get fixed somehow, but I doubt.

    Karemna with 2 traits usually give good results with 2 traits greens.

    Cardi exchange is 50 / 50, but usually good results with blues.

    Para exchange is okay, better than cardi.

    Another thing to note that the rng is somewhat sticky. I usually just park dkora in the sector, and all the toons visit the bridge to pick up exchange, within say 20 mins. What I noticed that bajoran exchange normally fails on all toons, and if it crits it usually crits on all toons too. Not often thou, 4 times in last 4 months :)
