RESPEC'ing, need advice.

Really messed up my skill points as a nooby, decided to Redo, Could use some great advice on how to fully optimize my build. any and all suggestions are welcome.
Tactical Officer.
My Main ships are my Dreadnought, And Tactical Odyssey.
Space combat is my main focus, But I'd still like to be decent at ground.
I consider myself a heavy hitter, Wanting to go in guns-blazing.
I like to consider mY Dready my flagship, and would like to also know the best Dreadnought build for punching hard.
