Now... If you want to promote the heck out of some stuff, maybe you could point out that Klingons using the Time Traveler jumpsuit can mix and match it with their sash, gauntlets, belt, and boots of their choice.
Feds basically get two options: wear it or don't, top and bottom, and you can use a Worf S1 baldric if you have that unlocked.
I think there's a lot of reasons why a KDF player might want the jumpsuit more, because they can pretty radically personalize it.
Screenshots of a very nicely done bridge (been major improvement in this department over the past year)...
...and yet, the majority of players will never see it nor use it, because you have about the same odds as Vegas slots of unpacking one of the ships, and to buy it outright on the Exchange is about 100 million E.C.
What a shame.

I'm thinking maybe pancakes." ~ John Casey

I think one thing that would enhance these and bridges in general are more social features.
For example, one thing I thought about was allowing people to launch mission replay directly from these bridges' transporter pad.
On one hand, it could make the owners anti-social but it would make getting teams for mission replay sessions easier by eliminating the disparity in travel time. (One reason queues are popular is that people can do them from anywhere and it doesn't matter what your sector space travel is, how many transwarps you have, or what your driver coil skill is.)
I also think missions that involve visiting other people's ship interiors would be a big enticement.
All that said, I'm sure this bridge will get added to the Foundry very soon, as the other lockbox bridges were.
