Just a thing that's been bugging me for a while now...
Well, two things actually, both about the Borg.
The first is why do they jump? The Borg don't jump, they are Space Zombies and should act like them, and the second might be a bug, but what is the deal with the magic magnet Borg on the Cure Ground? There you are trying to defend the transformers, sometimes from three drones (I've even had four one more than one run) at a time and 'pooofff' they are suddenly magnetized to the transformer from sometimes as far away as 7m. Anyway, just wondering...
Yeah, the jumping looks kinda weird but it's how the AI gets around obstacles (your Boffs do it too) - the 'magnetic' Borg on the transformers is the game just plain cheating and I hate that - you've got the Borg totally locked down, no way they're getting to that transformer and *bam* suddenly 3 of 'em all on there at once - really bad design that the devs should be ashamed of.
The "magnet" borg are actually jumping to. If you watch them do it they are taking a massive flying leap right onto he transformer, sometimes they get stuck in a tree which is always nice. I have found that if you use weapons that don't have a knock back on them to get some damage in while they are approaching they won't do the jump while on approach atleast.
My guess is they found we where getting to good at protecting the transformers so this is there way of "fixing" that problem.
Those Borg also have disproportionate shields when compared to most regular drones in CGE - they may not fight back but they're armored like Heavy Tacs. Very sneaky.
