account server connection could not be started

That's the message I am currently getting. I had just transferred some zen. Bought a 10 key pack. Opened 1 lock box. Logged out to switch toons. Then this message. Cannot get into game


Edit: am in now. Had to shut game completely down. Does not take away from the fact that there have been some major stability issues over the past few days. Timing out during the middle of an STF, server disconnects during load screens. Even the website is acting buggy today. Can click a link and sometimes it says it don't exist and some times takes me where I want to go.

    I keep getting disconnected this never happens to me I play around 25 hours a week and I never have lag, disconnects or anything but today I guess I got the royal treatment. I log in click on a character and keeps saying retrieving map and.......DC'D!!! Eventually got logged in all the way at Earth Space Dock (after like 40mins) OK maybe its the zone quick get out - Sol System load screen -dc'd....Finally Sol System loads transwarp to DS9 cause i have noticed earth dock/sol system take forever to transfer to those maps somedays......Dc'd For F#$& sake. What is going on been messing around trying to log in for like and hour and 1/2. Well Im done $%^ #$%%. So much for playing tonight but seriously what the hell is going on????. Got the game to crash a few times verified the files and what searching forums nothing wrong. So what is going on??? I'm so pissed off right now. Created a ticket like 2 hours ago e-mail said it will take 3-4 business days are you serious im a gold member and its going to take 3-4days??? TALK ABOUT TRIBBLE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Anyways just venting and seeing if this is happening to anyone else?

    Sometimes i don't even get past line 7 other times ill get all back.....so idk also this is with disable on demand patching going downloading around 7+gb again so i don't get any patches in game ill try again in the morning get late but if ANYONE OUT THERE has any suggestions could use the help.

    I get that too. Annoys the living ?@?? outta me.
    Everything loads up fine; the game runs as it should; no lag or whatever. But after a while I get DC'ed to the login screen. Typing in my pass usually gets me back in the game, but there are times I'm also getting this "account server connection could not be started" BS. Very effing annoying if you're doing an STF.:mad:

    Fix this Cryptic, PLEASE!
