I hoping to improve mine by getting some feedback on what other players do at end game level every day. Like a daily check list. I figure theres some assignment chains I'm missing that I should always be looking for and maybe some other stuff I missing. Would love some feed back.
1. Check fleet to see if there something to donate to get fleet criedts on main.
2. Fabricate console/infuse artifact/turn in contraband on main and first mule
3. turn in contraband on 2nd, 3rd,and 4th mule.
4. Find assignments until 20 assignments is maxed on main and mules 1 thro 4 looking
5. Check the exchange
6. Do something productive in real world until 4 hour fabricate/infuse/contraband assignment time is up.
DOFFing is starting to consume my life.
I'm going to have to make painful cuts when MoP comes out or work gets more intense (whichever happens first). Most likely I will just stop doing colonial support, or limit the number of exploration clusters I will target.

thx to everyone who responded... corg couple of questions because I think its in my assignment priority that I'm lacking... Since I'm not runing a fleet.... Can you explain what you mean by:
1. support?
2. prototype consoles... How does this work? are you building consoles to sell on the market every day? what are the assignment names to make concles and what do you need supply wise?
3. Asylum?
4. CXP?
5. Appropriate artifacts?
1. Check DOFF missions on Starfleet academy. Try to run recruiting missions.
2. Go to interior of my ship. Run DOFF missions for turret-building and battery-building.
3. Check DOFF missions to fill up the rest of my slots.
4. Starfleet academy quiz.
5. Put all samples in bank and sort bank.
6. Check fleet and donate when possible.
7. Check exchange for awesome items.
8. Check fleet bank and donate.
9. Investigate officer reports.
10. Refine dilithium.

Here are some links. Hopefully, you'll find them helpful:
4. CXP = http://www.stowiki.org/Cxp
CXP missions tend to have that yellow-orange background. A couple of the orange assignments are terrible though, still pay close attention to the rewards.

1.Grind my daily dilith limit/lore
2.Daily fleetmark mission/contribute
3. empty inventory
3a.fleet missions (time permitting)
Rinse and repeat for other toon. STF- why ? there's no endgame to prepare for.
1. Going EPtS and TSS + some RSP (if needed with some HE and PH) on my Thissler-level Alpha strike urge to reinstall STO.
2. Resists holds, I'm happy.
When I was still playing STO I was just hanging around in Ker'rat trying to find someone to kill or was trying to avoid death by Klink gang. Nothing else, there as nothing else to do, outside of grind. And thank you, I have 8-hours money grind each day at work so I rather avoid this in any game.
My usual routine is:
1. Starting the day in Starfleet Academy, doing a history lesson to get dil and a datachip to sell in exchange, along with a finished romulan history-chip.
2. Beam up to ESD, to turn in contraband if any.
3. Update reputation projects.
4. Refine dil and throw it away on a project in the starbase.
5. Travel to New Romulus, to start a new romulan history project.
6. If lacking romumarks, i'll grind radioactivity until i get enough marks (to continue rom-rep).
7. Tag some and process some Epooh, for more marks.
8. Do some ISE, for Omarks.
9. Do the daily explore unknown worlds, in B'Tran cluster (viceadmiral and normal at the same time. (Working towards two accolades). (x3 unknown systems)
10. Explore another random cluster (x3 unkown systems), on my way to get the Explorer accolade(s).
11. Go to bridge, initiate all tactical missions that pay >=50 dilithium. Initiate all engineer missions that pay >=50 dilithium + fancy fabrication missions for EC.
12. Go back to ESD to meet Q. Go to winterland and get 40 8x10's. Research winter epoohs, sell elderly epoohs shoot a snowdemon and buy more jackets if applicable.
13. Optional: Doing a dilithium event/mining/fleetmarkevent if it fits with the time schedule.
14. Optional: Logging in my KDF alternate, to update her's doff missions, do the history in Klink academy, transfer all loot and dil and EC to my FED character. Beam up and travel to DS9, initiating doffing that gives loot, slaves, and dil underway.
It is a nice schedule that fits me. Very varied in itself, so i won't burn out due to hardcore grinding.
1) Log in and clear the backlog of completed Doff missions
2) Beam down to Klingon/Starfleet academy (I leave my ships in orbit over Qo'noS/ESD)
3) Take the Academy Lore mission for 480 Dilithium
4) Take the Veteran Dilithium refining Doff mission (if available)
5) Sell and/or bank whatever stuff I've gotten from the Doff missions (holiday collectibles atm)
6) Take any holiday Doff missions in Klingon/Starfleet Academy
7) Beam up to First City/ESD
8) Take any holiday Doff missions in First City/ESD
9) Turn in Contraband Doff missions (plus hand over prisoners and/or Tribbles for KDF)
10) Go to Q's Winter Wonderland and take any holiday Doff missions there (plus Epohhs)
11) Run the race then back to ESD/First City
I usually have around 10 Doff mission slots free at this point so:
12) My Fed takes all the 50 Dilithium Doff missions plus 'confiscate contraband from crew'
13) He also goes to the Fleet starbase to run Commendation Reports for Fleet Marks
14) My two KDFs fly around Pi Canis/Tau Dewa/Eta Eridani looking for Contraband missions
15) Once they've filled their Doff missions, transwarp back to Qo'noS then log out
And that's it (much quicker now I've finished the reputation system on all of them - once I've got my Breen ships I'll stop visiting the Winter Wonderland too).
2) Do whatever activity in game seems the most fun for the day, be it Foundry editing, STFs, Rep Stuff, Whatever....
3) Log Out
I refuse to believe that this "grind" so many complain about has to be done in the fastest time possible. I'm not racing to finish the game. I take my time, do what's fun at the moment.
Not gonna grind and work to get it all done fast.
I'm here to have fun.
So, that's my checklist.
1.switch between characters collecting doff rewards
2.add more doff missions on said characters
3.defera dailies on all characters
4.romulan dailies on all characters
5.get bored log off
2. Melt into depression when I see the Dilithium requirements.
3. Run a couple STF's
4. Check Rep gear projects
5. Slide deeper into depression at the Dilithium requirements.
6. Log off and head over to TOR.
Sadly, it just isn't fun anymore. It's one thing to grind for the fleet but when you have to grind upon another grind upon another grind, ect just for the gear you want there is a problem.
I miss the old system of getting Maco/Borg gear.
Games are supposed to be fun, not feel like work.
My apologies to the OP of this thread for the rant, but it is what it is.
I am happy to say that since I've hit tier 5 on both reputations, and earlier today ran my last race for the free Breen ship, that hopefully I can avoid doing anything grindy for a while.
I need thousands of Omega marks but I'm not going to run STF's over and over, I'll fly them when I genuinely want too and just save the marks up. Same for the thousands of Romulan marks I'll no doubt need in the future.

No worriers I agree in alot of cases sto end game sucks bad and im suprised theres still a large population here. STF was a joke after 20 runs how boring and brain less....
with the new rep system atleast now theres alittle more to do and I find those less painful then STF.
The problem I find most in this game is there is not really and real loot runs... Its all spend real money on zen to open boxes to get EC to buy loot or crafting/fabracating system. The Dil requirment thing is purely to make more money for the company since is so much easier to take out that CC and buy some Zen then it is to grind the Dil and have to wait for days apon days because of the cap
1 - DOFF on 9 - 12 toons
2 - check reputations projects
3 - check fleet projects
4 - do an STF or some Romulan Marks on the toon which is being "reputated"
5 - PVP
6 - accolade hunting on my main
in the last 3 days i've been equipping my BOFFs for the foundry mission. you know which one.
yeah, very funny thing happened -
i took the SAME 4 BOFFs (the Reman sci, Jem'Hadar tac, the preorder Borg engineer, one more Alien tac)
i equipped them with the same Very Rare MK XII equipment
trained them the SAME skills
this all on 3 toons - one tac, one sci, one engi
.........................
so the funny thing is = the sci's and tac's BOFFs handle the Boff Grinder just well.
No deaths, everything fine.
The engi's team keeps dying over and over and i have to save them, as the Borg Boff refuses to use his 4th skill = medical generator.
And yes, i've tried to use another engineering Boff, also nothing..
Comments
2. Run STF a couple of times for dilithium (boring)
3. Kill people in PvP
4. Look for "resettle colonist" assignment to get more colonist for 0/7 chain quests.
5. Check the exchange.
6. "investigate officer reports" Foundry quest to get dil and fleet marks.
7. Process Dilithium
8. Recruit for fleet.
9. Make sure the well being of my fleet is maintained.
10. Communicate with fleet members and check for promotions.

1. Support = http://www.stowiki.org/Assignment:_Support_Colonization_Efforts
Good source of Refugees/Prisoners/Purple DOFFs
2. Prototype consoles = http://www.stowiki.org/Assignment:_Fabricate_Prototype_Console_from_Alien_Artifact
I use purple consoles if they're the right type. The rest I put on the exchange if they're worth more than 50,000 EC. Otherwise, I just de-replicate them.
3. Asylum = http://www.stowiki.org/Assignment:_Asylum
I only do Earth, Vulcan, Andor, Tellar, and Bajor. Excess refugees go on the exchange.
4. CXP = http://www.stowiki.org/Cxp
CXP missions tend to have that yellow-orange background. A couple of the orange assignments are terrible though, still pay close attention to the rewards.
5. Appropriate = http://www.stowiki.org/Assignment:_Recover_Artifacts_from_Archaeological_Site
These 20-hour missions (and their Maurading equivalent) grant a decent amount of CXP. On crit, you could get a Strange Alien Artifact (needed for Prototype consoles).
2. Do a few STFs for dilithium
3. Do Fleet Alert event a few times.
4. Do the Foundry daily for the fleetmarks.
2. Try to get in the PvP ques if I have time to wait.
3. Annoy, kill and disrupt some Tholians on Nukura for fleetmarks.
4. Do the Foundry daily for the fleetmarks and possibly use for episode of tGoS.
5. Tinker with build ideas.
6. DOff my brains out for DL and other required goodies.

1. Log in to see if I can refine dilithium yet. ( It's been over a week so far.)
2. Check to see if they have even bothered to respond to my tickets ( Over a week and nothing. )
3. Start another fleet project if possible and log out.
LOL With End game so boring soon for me its going to be
1. Log in
2. Log out
1. Keep Elite STF channel open, run as timers permit.
2. Officer reports every hour (some of the qualifying missions are ****ing awful and tedious)
3. Help fleet members if needed
4. complete pre-assigned OMEGA project of the day and begin the next.
Why does the list tag bold everything?
