Was playing this yesterday and thought shouldn't the Klingons be facing MU Klingons.
We already have the skins with the MU Klingon Vorcha and we alrady face Assimilated BOPs in a STF so wouldnt it be better if you made the KDF MU event facing klingon ships and the fed one facing the Terran Empire ships.
I was thinking this even before season 6 just wonder if anyone else thinks its a good idea.

1) We don't know very much about the Mirror Klingons. The last we saw of them in the TV series was DS9 7x12 "The Emperor's New Cloak" and the Klingon/Cardassian Alliance was going...well, let's just say it hadn't fallen apart yet.
Fast forward again to 2409 and STO. The Mirror Terrans are apparently back to their old ways and now have a major fleet, including heavy assets like Galaxy-Xs and Odysseys. They were giving the Klingons trouble when they had one station, a few beaten up freighters and a Defiant-class escort. Imagine how Eta Eridani looks on that side of the mirror now that they have what apparently amounts to a top of the line warfleet.
(As an aside, Rise like Lions implies that the Klingons and Cardassians were at war by 2380. However this was written after STO came out and trying to explain how the situation at the end of that book got to the one we have ingame 29 years later might take some doing).
2) The only 'mirror' Klingon skin we have is for the Vor'cha. Contrast the Mirror Terrans, who basically have material type 4 for all their ships and tweaked mirror skins for some of the cruisers. Is the art time available to produce new textures and can it be justified?
Would it be interesting to see how the Alliance fared once DS9 ended? Undoubtedly. Will we see it any time soon? Hmm....
I personally don't understand why we are not fighting Klingon/Cardassian Alliance, mentioned in post above, in both incursions. Terrans were not "the bad guys" (as seen in DS9, they only fought the alliance for freedom), so I don't see why they want to invade prime universe.

As we are not fighting Mirror Klingons in the event but Mirror Terrans occupying a Federation starbase, why would KDF even consider stopping this incursion? It forces the Federation to fight on multiple fronts. KDF would instead take advantage of this incursion by allowing the Terran Empire to harass the Federation inside their own territory thereby forcing Starfleet to pull ships off the KDF lines to do combat internally.

A foe occupied elsewhere is a foe unable to defend itself properly.

Fighting the Klingon/Cardassian Alliance would be cool.

Makes sense to me, obviously the event was another cross faction cut and paste with no real thought going into it for the KDF side.
