    All Federation ships

    All Klingon ships.

Costs listed in dilithium, you can get with your rank-up token. Costs listed in C-point, multiply by 1.25 to get what they cost now in Zen.

No... but pretty much all ships untill (and including) you hit RA are free apart from:

    - Oberth
    - NX-Class
    - Excelsior
    - Nebula
    - Exeter
    - Gladius
    - Thunderchild
    - Rhode Island
    - TOS Connie
Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

Okay, now for links that don't point to poster-sized pictures...

Since you're just starting out, I'll focus on Federation:

Here are all of the ships you can get (second link has more specific info)...

    http://www.stowiki.org/Playable_starship

    http://www.stowiki.org/Federation_playable_starship

Looking at that second link, you can expect every ship listed with a dilithium cost (the purple crystal) to be available with a ship token.

And this link describes what you get as you advance...

    http://www.stowiki.org/Player_rank

Anywhere it says "New Ship", that means you get a Ship Token, after you complete the promotion mission. (So, every rank promotion up to Rear Admiral, Lower Half)

    And STOWiki is your friend...
