A ship I would like to see in game

The Wells Class
The Aeon class
Maybe it could show up in random story missions as it monitors for temperal incursions.
If we see and disable it, we get the option to use it/buy it in game.

Thoughts anyone?

;)

no! never make it playable, 29th cent. ship would be two overpowered, plus reyans idea for an iconian linked missions sounds good

Then how about getting a free 29th century uniform or something as a award for finding the ship.
Or at least a accolade for helping the department of temporal investigations fix the timeline in a mission.

It seems my threads on timeships keep going missing...yet i remember posting them...OMG im in a temporal bubble! Someone is changing the course of history to stop me posting on the forum.

They could be anyone...they could be you...or you...or even you!

They have temporal incursion technology - those threads never existed. ;)

    ITS YOU!!!!

Every time you post a comment things kinda jump and I find my posts are gone.

I will not stand for this! In your Time you may well have the temporal prime directive, but im my time that doesnt exist yet. I will resist!

    That's exactly what I presume they'll do.
A buddy of mine and I talked the other day and we agreed Cryptic will most likely end up giving us some kind of ship we'd be massively disappointed with.
Looks like we were right even though we never dreamed of something like this...

it will be a shame if they do, it will royally **** alot of people off, plus its morally wrong for them to be playable ships (ok maybe NPC's in a mission, but thats it!)
personally i dont know what would make a nice Ship for FED but i like the idea of the Khinvagh/D70 being the KDF 1000 day vet reward.

oh you sneaky bugger...can you add it to a map and make is hostile to see what kinda offensive systems it employs?

It's a sci ship, 2 AP beams fore and aft with Chroniton Torps. Tachyon Harmonic and Feedback Pulse 2 were the only buffs I saw.

And with this information expect this thread to be gone soon lol.

Didn't try the KDF one, I'll have to try later if it's still up, couldn't find the Vesta either.:(

THAT ship has no place in 2409, getting blown up by Klingon BOP's. It is the ONE ship that is currently in game that SHOULD be able to one-shot any oponent. In fact, a fight involving any 2409 ship vs THAT ship should go like this:

XO: Klingon Bird of Prey contemporary to this era has just entered sensor range - it's cloaked and probably assumes that we're unable to detect it.

Captain: Keep an eye on it

    [later]

XO: Klingon ship decloaking - it's locked weapons

Captain: Raise shields, though I don't really see the point.

    [Klingon ship fires]

Captian: This is boring - I'm going for a nap

[four hours later - Captain returns to the bridge]

Captain: Those Klingons still shooting at us?

XO: Yes. Shields remain at 100%. No damage to... anything.

Captain: Ah well, they've had their fun. Hail them.

Klingon Captain: Blah blah honor blah victory blah Ka'plah *TRIBBLE* [closes channel]

    Captain: Return fire, 25% power

Ship fires, Klingon ship instantly vaporised.

LOL I like this! its very true though...
    That shouldn't be possible
    yh your right...shouldn't be possible!

The KDF version and the Vesta are both in foundry under costumes but vesta is really dark and im no whizz on the Foundry so cldnt change that.

    Yeah noticed that too.
My guess is the model is incomplete.

As much as it would be cool to see those two in game, it will probably never happen. However, I could see a ship that could shift time SLIGHTLY as a console ability. Like record a limited time frame, and then reverse time back to beginning of recording. Or perhaps making the enemy ship move slower, while boosting the player ships speed and defense, making it like it's slowing down the enemies time, and speeding up the players time, or something.

Would be cool to mess around with the ideas.
