Rura Penthe/Transwarp Conduit

Are we ever going to get any type of response from any dev's on the purpose of this being our twarp with the conduit. There is absolutely nothing to do at Rura Penthe except be told to get out or we will blow you up LOL. Being said they do not even blow you up not can you try to defy them LOL :D

    I think the system needs a Prune Juice run to Rura Penthe under heavy fire with a good prize for completion of safely dropping off the cargo.

    A simple DOff mission to offload prisoners would be handy...

    The reason it's there is like the reason Feds have a vulcan warp exit point. If you're at your starbase and you depart the system you're in Eta Eridani. If you want to leave and have the luxury of appearing in another sector, you add those destinations to your fleet warp gate.

    It's Rura Penthe simply because it serves no other purpose. You won't get in the way of any scripted missions or mission queues. It's just the easiest, most convenient exit that takes you to your faction's home space.

    Why would I want to twarp to rura penthe when I can just go to qo'nos its like 2 seconds away with a borg engine LOL. Still makes no sense why they did that... It's like if I got in the car to check the mail in my mail box just to check the mail on the other side of house LOL.

    Never thought to check, are the SB and Ship/Marauder cooldowns seperate? So, if my Qo'noS transwarp is on cooldown, can I still use the Starbase Conduit granted Rura Penthe one?

    They share one I believe so it doesn't really serve a purpose other than to say because they gave the feds a twarp to vulcan that we got one too. Which the idea behind their design more than likely is you twarp to your starbase then since yer on cool down you go use a twarp conduit to get to where you want to go...

    Although I'd rather have a higher purpose than that for all the resources a fleet has to contribute to even get those twarps... This game just seems to be giving very low rewards vs time spent and virutally the kdf gets nothing. I've about lost most my interest in the game with their decision making processes it just seems like they are gonna milk the game for what its worth with lockboxes and then turn their resources into doing the same with other games they make until no one wants to play their games anymore.
