General:

• Foundry: The Advanced dialog for Default Prompts no longer incorrectly limits input to 100 characters.
• Updated the Starbase reward text:
  • Added fleet duty officers.
  • Clarified that the Starbase tailor must be unlocked to access the Fleet Basic Uniforms in Starbase T3.
• Resolved an issue that occasionally causes the game client to crash.
