My build is about killing everything I have in my cone of fire as fast as I can wish is why I have 2 times 2 differents Cannons attack. Cannon rapid fire is more effective against a single target than Cannon scatter volley save lvl 3, cannon Scatter volley is effective againts many ennemi in cone of fire. RCS console, innate maneuvrability of Defiant and judicious trottle control permit me to keep them right where I want. Borg set and Maco Shield makes me tough enough to blow anything short of elite Tac cube single without too much problem as long as I keep up with my heal.
I do 5-6k dps easy without counting shield damage and I had a combatlog where I hit up to 14k with all the right dof buff ( from dof missions) .
To finish, I favor Antiproton on my tactical caracter. All his energy weapons skill are mazed out, including warp core (both), and shield system, targeting. I put strict min on ground skil, and put rest 6 point in hull repair, impulse, battery and various other useful skill for survival.

thank you for the advice since i only have 35 aux power it kinda is good to have reverse shield polarity since i prefer phaser over antiproton im going to stick with the modified loadout that the first responce reccomended.
If you go Phaser, try to get a set of Quad Phaser. Thats the weapon setup I use with my engineer. Phaser are great with cannon or turret since the proc on them is based on it, with CRF or CRV those procs get off a lot more often that way, and even regular cannon fire.
I know some will say that Quand Phaser are not worth it but, in hud in space, they show more dps than MK XII borg DHC and you get lots more hits so more procs going off.

lose the sci team for a TSS2
why? your abiliteis share cooldown with others...those i suggested do not...allways ready so to say.
get a secont TT1, get overload 2 and lose the target sub shields2
third borg turret, delete the transphasic
rest is pretty cool, stick with it!
also you should have the torpedo doff, and the brace for impact doff (this one is specially uber)
