Recycling/Discarding with no EC

Recycling or Discarding from inventory doesn't give EC anymore, on my KDF Tac. I don't know for how long it's been like that, since I just noticed it. Retrieving something recycled/discarded however still requires EC.
My Fed Tac still receives the EC as normal.

    I'm an idiot. I figured out the reason. I used to be a monthly subscriber, but I needed to buy the EC cap increase, for it to work, since I had over 10mil on that character.
