Help Create SP Fleet

Hey, I am not big on multiplayer action right now since I don't have time with work but love to experience the fleet building options. Since its not possible to create a fleet of 1, I can transfer credits from one of my high level characters if needed. Basically if someone can help me create a fleet so that I can play that content and when I have more time build up the fleet to include more people.
