Looking for an Role Playing fleet

Hello, Menos Aceeh here.
I am currently looking for a fun role playing fleet, im willing to provide a full bio of my character, though I am looking for an RP fleet, I prefer if this fleet doest RP 100% of the time (ingame) but also be able to just have fun and make new friends. It would also be cool if this fleet has an fleet-wide uniform and standard ship requirements.
A forum/teamspeak/site isn't necessary, as long as I can contact other playing out of the game (Steam)
I am currently Lieutenant (8) but will level up pretty quick.
