Adding Friend gives wrong rank

Ok, everyone can try this. It's confirmed a problem.
I got a new friend request and I decided to ignore for now, and then when I went to look at the friend list it showed them as an ENSIGN. Ok, so I got a NEW NEW friend..
Running the WHO command shows them as a VA level 50 .. What?
Let's try that again.
I removed one of my friends that I knew was a level 50 and then added them, they told me I was an ensign. Nice. I start over again. NOT.

Maybe they can fix the Aquarius Bridge doors one day too. I hate having Bridge officer meetings and having everyone hear what I am saying. Darn Ferengi tells his buddies and makes some money off of it.
