The simple answer is:
"Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is."
PWE is a business and they will follow the money. So it's time to pony up and spend some actual money.
Buy things that specifically relate to the Klingon faction. Ships, special races for your toons, bridges, whatever. Also buy services for your Klinks such as Boff, Doff, bank, and inventory slots. And don't spend much on your Fed character. If you have Feds use them as farmers.
It will be someone's job at PWE to track what items are selling, and if a KDF sales trend becomes apparent then the company will notice.
I just spent 3600 c-points on my main Klingon during the ship sale, plus I also just spent 480 to unlock a Ferasan toon. This represents more c-points than I had previously spent in my entire account history and aside from Toon slots, Boff slots, and Doff slots the ships and Ferasan that I bought were the only faction-specifc items I got.
That's about $50 I just spent on Klingon stuff. In a store $50 will get you an entire computer game, and here I just spent that much on just some items for my Klingons in-game. And there's still a lot of things I can buy. If PWE is paying attention they will try to get me to spend more by offering more products that are similar to or compliment the ones I already bought.
PWE will follow the money, so spend it on your Klinks.

I agree that more players should try and spent on the KDF, but I fear even if we do there will still be more spending on the Federation and PWE/Cryptic will even refuse to take notice. They are all for the Federation and would refuse to listen or take notice.

Some people aren't going to bite though. A Kar'fi, my carrier of choice, is just too "ugly" for some to drop dough on.
One problem with that. The producer has already stated a number of times that Klingon additions no longer interest him.
It's better now...I've done my part, I have just about all the ships, for sure all the ones with the consoles. Cple bridge packs, some other stuff.
But throwing money at PWE probably isn't going to have any more effect that throwing money at Atari did, or just Cryptic before that. It'll be the same song and dance from them and the cycle will continue.

All cloaks should be canon.
Got a large proportion of the ships, and full bank/inventory slots. I would buy costumes, but well there's all of one and it isn't any where near decent enough for my Orion.
Best I could do was get the ferengi skirt, use that and be locked to wearing ugly klingon boots instead of sandals.
Accidentally deleted my veteran reward shuttle so that's gone can't get or buy it back. Have the To'duj but that's a fighter not a shuttle as such.
I would buy more but there's just nothing else really to get on KDF side. C-store needs more shuttles and costumes for KDF.
Its pointless blaming anyone or anything, the real TRIBBLE up and TRIBBLE ups happened before and shortly after release, its much harder playing catch up with limited resources and its been that way since launch.
Lets put it this way, if you had a deciding vote on S6 content, with its Starbases etc vs story content ( Romulan faction?) perhaps and completing the KDF 1 to 20 missions, which would you have chosen? For me, I would have done what Cryptic have...And I am a big proponent of the KDF
I'd like to see more costuming options though, the Academy one is kind of 'meh' at best.
How about a Ferasan ship?
Glad to see that people are supporting the KDF side and I certainly see plenty of Kar'Fis and Gurambas out there to tell me that people are doing this. But most of the KDF ships I see flying around are still BOP's and Vo'Quvs and Qins and Negh'Vars. It seems to me that more people ought to be picking up the more interesting ships.
The Guramba is basically a Nausicaan raptor but with an extra eng ensign slot instead of a tac slot, and a cool special power (though all of the pay ships have some kind of cool power). I would like to see a Gorn raptor with a sci ensign slot instead of a tac or eng, since the Gorn ships seem to be the ones that are sci-focused.
I am not the type that generally spends $ on costumes but I understand the desire and I certainly agree that the Klingons need more. They definitely should have battle cloaks available (the heavy sleeveless coats that you see npcs wear - also all the statues are dressed in them) and I actually might pay for the outfits you see the guards wearing - the ones with the feathered shoulders. The graphics for those costumes clearly already exist so it is sensible to have them for sale. One of my toons is an Orion just because of the costume options.
Of course part of the reason we have less ships available for sale is that the tiers for level 0-9 and levels 10-19 are not used so there are no "pay" ships available for those levels. There certainly would be more potential for KDF sales if the faction started at a lower level because of this.
I think I'm preaching to the choir here but what I want to do with this thread is to encourage those who haven't spent money on the game to do so and to do so on their kilnks.

I just wanted to point out that I have a 50 sci char that I don't fly cause I really screwed up her skills and I don't want to grind or pay to redo them, a 50 eng with a tac and another sci on the way up.
I play my eng mostly and while I've bought the marauder, kar'fi, command bortasqu, guramba and a couple of lower level ships for the consoles, I still fly the negh'var because it looks nasty, feels nasty and really suits my playstyle with a nice combination of maneuvering, firepower and a hellagood tank. I just wish it had a ltc tactical boff, but I suppose we can't have it all :P
