General:

• T'Pren should allow completion of Memory Alpha crafting tutorial once more.

Duty Officers:

• Energy Weapons Officers updated:
  • Recharge reduction amounts have been reduced to 5/10/15/20 sec.
  • To help compensate for this, we've increased the proc chance from 20% to 25% on activation on all qualities.
• "Deport Colonists to Imperial Perimeter" will now appear with the intended reliability
• All Flight Deck officer variants now stack with others of the same quality.
• Security officers' Crit enhancement now applies to melee attacks made by Bridge Officers.
