Omega Force Symbol?

Recently I'm certain that I have seen a few ships with visible Omega Force symbols on their hulls. I was wondering how these are attainable?

    Perhaps the fleet they are in have adopted the symbol Omega? Adding your fleet's emblem to your ship hull is possible in the ship tailor.
